Changing for the better with Mike McAllister

Well done to Mike McAllister, in our head office team, who receives this month’s Outstanding Performance Award. Mike embodies our Excellence value and constantly strives to provide a quality service by raising standards and making constant improvements.
 
Mike has worked with 4 Site Security for some four years now and recently moved from the control room to an operational support role. Since starting as Operations Co-ordinator last September, he has shown great initiative and a desire to look for and make changes to support his colleagues and our business. Amongst his achievements, he has set up new run sheets and created new and improved routes for all the drivers. This has contributed greatly to more streamlined, sustainable routes. He has also now learned to drive so that he can give support with key holding, site set ups, inductions, and audits. His wide knowledge of the business has made him a useful addition to the on call management team.
 
His manager, Services Operations Manager Mark Wilson, says: “As well as seeing his skill set develop, it has been a pleasure to watch Mike’s journey of personal development over the last few months. He is always very positive, loyal and helpful, and nothing is too much trouble for him.”
